A guide for cutting sill brick. The old one, made out of pine and nails, finally broke down after years of service. I made the mistake of making the new one out of oak and dowel rods, because now Chapman won't let it leave his office! I've had to make another, just to be able to mark sill brick again... The lesson here is that if a thing is made too well and too pretty it will never be allowed to work as it ought to.
